Irving A. Padron has over 25 years of experience working with the best and brightest South Florida real estate clients. Irving has worked on many of our community’s highest profile and most important transactions. He currently serves as Managing Broker & License Partner for Engel & Voelkers Miami, leading the growth of the company throughout greater Miami.

Since 2006, has been the founder and CEO of Deering Companies, a consulting firm focusing on advising real estate investors, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. Clients have included University of Miami, The Peebles Corporation, The Related Group, Terra Group, BANIF Investment Bank, and Fortune International Realty.

CEO/Managing Partner for the only Sotheby’s Realty franchises in Dade & Broward counties, Puerto Rico, U.S. and British Virgin Islands. The company also represented over $1 billion in luxury international resort projects in Miami and the Caribbean. In 2005, he co-starred on The Learning Channel’s “Million Dollar Agents”, receiving worldwide attention as the company’s CEO.

At Terremark, he was Chief Financial Officer during its initial public listing in 2000. Through 2001, Terremark was a leading full-service real estate investment firm. Now a global internet infrastructure provider, Terremark was acquired by Verizon in for $1.8 billion. Mr. Padron began his career as Audit Manager in KPMG’s Real Estate department.

Irving has been a licensed real estate salesperson/broker since 1992. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BBA and MBA from the University of Miami. He is a founding advisory board member of The Launch Pad at the University of Miami and a Board Member of Goodwill Industries of South Florida.
